Wegner Law PLLC continues to expand in its efforts to provide businesses and their owners with the very best legal and tax law services. On March 1, 2024, the firm announced the addition of Linda Krajewski to the firm's administrative staff. Ms. Krajewski will serve as Executive Assistant to the Managing Attorney in the firm's Naples, Florida, office. In this role, she will help improve the client experience to help provide even more value to our clients.

This represents a seismic change for US based businesses as it is the first time in modern history that US business owners must report what companies that have material ownership in to the federal government.
When Wegner Law PLLC reopened in January 2024, P. Christopher Wegner, Managing Attorney, made artificial intelligence a top priority. Having worked with several clients in the field, Chris had firsthand experience of the power this technology can bring to a law firm.
After a year and a half with Duggan Bertsch LLC, P. Christopher Wegner decided to leave the firm and reopen Wegner Law PLLC. Although Chris enjoyed his time at the well-respected law firm, the mid-west focused law firm was unable to provide enough capabilities or value to justify the added expenses associated with mid-sized firms.
